ABOUT ME

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Mental Health (LPC-MH) and a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) located in Sioux Falls, SD. I have been in the mental health field for over 20 years. Specialize in working with adults, adolescents and children six and above who are dealing with issues that are affecting their ability to live well. I utilize an integrated treatment approach including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Brain Spotting and Solution Focused Brief Therapy. EMDR has been proven highly effective in treating individuals who have experienced any trauma, abuse, grief/loss that can lead to anxiety, depression, PTSD or addictions. Brain Spotting targets the deeper somatic responses we hold in our bodies and allows a person to let go of them. I have received intensive training in the field of Hypnosis. Working within both hospital and school settings I have deep knowledge and understanding of medical and educational systems.
