For our patient's convenience, we accept the following insurance:

I am happy to help determine your coverage and get the most of your insurance benefits.
If you don't carry one of these carriers or do not have insurance, there are self-pay options that are due at time of service. These include cash, check, credit or debit card, and payment from a health savings account.
Meeting face-to-face at the Waterfall Plaza for a scheduled session is always encouraged. I look forward to seeing clients in person.
I understand that not everyone can meet in person, and remote video counseling is a great option for certain clients. However, insurance companies do not always provide coverage for this option so we can discuss what will work best for your personal situation.
