For our patient's convenience, we accept the following insurance:

We are happy to help determine your coverage and get the most of your insurance benefits.
If you don't carry one of these carriers or do not have insurance, there are self-pay options that are due at time of service. These include cash, check, credit or debit card, and payment from a health savings account.
Personal Counseling
Meeting face-to-face at the Waterfall Plaza for a scheduled session is always encouraged.

Remote Counseling
We understand that not everyone can meet in person, and remote video counseling is a great option for certain clients. However, insurance companies do not always provide coverage for this option, so we can discuss what will work best for your personal situation.
