MY STORY
With a strong foundation in supporting both children and adults, I’m dedicated to guiding individuals through their healing journey with compassion and clarity. My background includes experience in school settings, long-term care facilities, and working as an academic advisor at the collegiate level. This has deepened my understanding of the diverse challenges people face across the lifespan. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel understood and empowered to make meaningful change. I’m committed to helping people reconnect with their inner strengths.
